Welcome to Hive Studio, an AI-powered video generation platform operated by Veehive.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Hive Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Hive Studio provides AI-powered document-to-video transformation services, including but not limited to:

• Document upload and processing (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown)
• AI-powered topic extraction and analysis
• Automated script generation
• Storyboard creation and image generation
• Video composition with AI avatars and narration
• Multi-platform video export and publishing

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the videos and content generated through your use of the Service, except for any underlying AI models, templates, or proprietary elements owned by us.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, AI models, and branding, is owned by Veehive.ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.

6.2 Credits System

Video generation may consume credits based on duration, quality, and features used. Credit usage is displayed before generation, and you are responsible for monitoring your credit balance.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For UAE customers, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veehive.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veehive.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
